Meet your Instructor!

Hi, I’m Amy… and welcome to my page! I started Belly Dance as an absolute beginner to all forms of dance 16 years ago (2009). I began with the intention of getting more exercise, and it quickly bloomed into a passion. I have performed across the country and have learned from local legends as well as world renowned teachers. In 2014, I started teaching at The Studio Belly Dance in New Albany, IN. Since then, I have helped many students grow to eventually become teachers and performers. Over the years, I have taught people from all walks of life. I adapt each class to accommodate all students. My goal is to help every person who enters my class feel comfortable and welcome.
